This recipe comes to us from our Friends at Olde World Meat Market in Winston-Salem, NC. It’s a timely recipe because with the heat on like it is only the “die-hard” grillers are cooking outside!
Olde World Meat Market Beef BBQ
- 1- 2 to 3 lb. Chuck Roast
- 1-Cup Apple Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1–Bottle of Blowin’ Smoke BBQ Sauce
Pour Apple Juice in Crock Pot. Add the Roast and Salt and Pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When it is done use a fork to pull apart the Roast. Add Blowin’ Smoke BBQ Sauce and let simmer for 1 hour. Serve on Buns with Cole Slaw. Classic BBQ that really “beats the heat”!
